A particular area of specialism is linear and rotary motors of various types including design/development and testing of 400C rotary and cryogenic linear motors.

Once the concept is defined we can develop products using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodology with a particular specialism in magnetism. We have experience in modelling various types of linear force motors (from voice coil through to multiphase linear motors) and rotary motors (including BLDC).
We have expertise in material selection for challenging hot/cryogenic environment's and the ability through our partners to manufacture both linear and rotary motors. We can then conduct bespoke testing for customers for high temperature, cryogenic environments and for measurement of various rotary/linear motor performance characteristics in any of these environments.
